Where ever possible, our ingredients are sourced naturally, from sustainable sources. All ingredients in our products are researched by chemists and formulated by skincare experts. 

Currently Sereia Skincare is only available in the UK. We are working on being able to dispatch our products internationally, so watch this space!

Sereia Products

Most Sereia products are safe to use whilst pregnant. We advise against using our Smoothing Body Mitt on the tummy area during pregnancy. Always check the label before use. 

Our products are formulated by EU chemists. You can find details of where each of our products is made by referring to the packaging.

The colour of our products may vary between batches, simply because we only use natural ingredients. We don’t use any artificial colours or ingredients, so you may see some subtle differences in colour if you order several of the same product over time. This doesn’t detract in any way from the product’s effectiveness – so you can always expect the same high quality, natural ingredients in every container.

Some of our products come with a spatula which is designed to help dispense the correct amount of product to use for one area, which is about a teaspoonful. Using the bamboo spatula ensures you don’t take too much product, helping your products to last longer and creating less waste.

Orders

For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund Sereia products that have been opened or used.

We’ve taken care to list all ingredients, features and benefits on our product pages, to help our customers make informed choices about the products that are right for them. 

If you have had a reaction after using a Sereia product, stop using the product immediately. Please contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@sereiaskincare.com stating the product name and its batch code, which in most cases can be found on the base of the product’s main packaging. Please include photos of the skin reaction and the product container and proof of purchase. A member of our Customer Care team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

We’re sorry about that. Please contact our Customer Care team (customerservice@sereiaskincare.com) who will assist you as quickly as possible. To help speed things up, please provide your order number, and a photo of the damaged/faulty product you received, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

All order issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

If all or part of your order is incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team soon as possible at customerservice@sereiaskincare.com and member of our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

If you think you entered incorrect contact details when you placed your order, please send an email to our Customer Care team at customerservice@sereiaskincare.com as soon as possible, stating your email address or delivery address, so that we can correct the details on your account.

We cannot make any changes to the items on your order after your payment has been processed. If you believe you have entered incorrect contact details when you placed your order, please send an email to our Customer Care team at customerservice@sereiaskincare.com as soon as possible, stating your email address or delivery address, so that we can correct the details on your account.

We cannot cancel part or full orders after your payment has been processed. If you believe you have purchased an item in error, please contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@sereiaskincare.com as soon as possible, stating your email address and order number and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your order.

If your package cannot be delivered for any reason, it may be returned to our dispatch centre and you will receive an email from our Customer Care team who will discuss the options for getting your order to you as soon as possible. 

If an item is missing form your order, this may mean it has been dispatched in more than one parcel, or an item has gone out of stock or been discontinued. If this is the case, our Customer Care team will be in touch to discuss your order. If you do not receive an email from us within 48 hours of receiving your order, please contact our Customer Care at customerservice@sereiaskincare.com stating your full name and order number.

If you have received someone else’s order in error, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at customerservice@sereiaskincare.com stating your full name and order number.

Sereia e-Gift Cards

Sereia Skincare gift cards are valid exclusively at www.sereiaskincare.com

The value of your e-Gift Card can be used to purchase any of our products – just enter your e-Gift Card’s unique code at checkout. e-Gift Cards may not be used to purchase e-Gift Cards, samples or complementary items.

e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

If you believe you have purchased a e-Gift Card in error, please contact a member of our Customer Care team, at customerservice@sereiaskincare.com.

All e-Gift Cards are virtual, and will be sent to the email address stated on the order. If you haven’t received your e-Gift Card by email, please check junk or spam folders. If you still haven’t received your e-Gift Card, please contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@serieaskincare.com.

Our e-Gift Cards make the perfect gift for Sereia Skincare fans! The easiest way to send an e-Gift Card to someone, is by entering their email address on the order form. Alternatively, forward the email we send to you to the recipient.

e-Gift Cards may not be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for beauty products. We only accept returns for items that are unopened and in a resaleable condition. Read our full Returns policy here.

Sereia cannot accept returns for orders from other retailers. Please contact the retailer from which you purchased the goods for details of their Returns policy.

Regrettably, we cannot accept responsibility for Sereia products that are dispatched by other retailers. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the original retailer.

Our Returns policy does not extend to shipping costs on partially or fully refunded orders. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

If you believe your refund is incorrect, please contact the Customer Care team on customerservice@sereiaskincare.com including your full name and order number.

Refunds are issued once your return has been checked by our team and you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note funds may take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
